I have purchased a Deluxe Kit of e-cigarettes from this company through www.smokefree.in and paid the amount as described in the invoice at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery) vide my Order No.[protected] dated 14th June, 2012 and their Invoice No.[protected] dated 14th June, 2012. When I opened my consignment, I received everything in order except one thing and that is the FLAVOUR of the cartridge I asked. I had specifically ordered for Benson & Hedges Flavour and they supplied me Vanilla Flavour which is not acceptable to me as I want to feel like smoking not like eating some ice-cream. So I repeteadly called on their Customer Care number[protected] but nobody is answering properly. Lastly I had a chat with ANKIT today at 2:00 pm and he told that he will call me back with a solution within 10 minutes and its almost 6:00 pm now. Nobody has called and nobody is answering on the Customer Care Number also. Kindly do the needful asap. Was this information helpful? |
