I was waiting long time for your reply according to mail on August 28, 2014. In your mail you requested to me, you need 4 days' time while you check with your logistic department and get back to me at the earliest on the status . And you promised to me to definitely resolve my issue. 5th September I send a remain mail to you. I do not know you could' not reply to me for that mail. Now 25 days are over, I am sorry to say even now I did not received any action from your side. Firstly I was expected your action with in 10 days of time from August 28. Today is September 22 nd even now I was very much expected from your word according to your mail which you send me on August 28, 2014.
Company like Onemi, we had very much trust. I am your regular customer. I was ordered many things from your company ie 1. Order NO.[protected] Jetway Organiser. Dt. 17/02/2014.
2). Order NO.[protected] Black & Decker PW 1300c Bar Pressure Washer. Dt.20/08/2014 . This two things I was received with good condition. 3 rd I Ordered Portable Folding Table Mate 11. Order NO.[protected]. Dt. 20/8/2018. Which I received a damaged product. Immediately I inform you about that matter for you consideration . Complaint NO. SR00042860. Those day you timely replied to me. According to you reply I am waiting even today. But I am fully unhappy with your customer service. Even now I hope you may keep your word faithfully.
