Hi Customer Care,
I have ordered a mini sewing machine with order id : #[protected] on 1st Sep 2014, but i didnt got the product even after 40+ days of waiting, i called customer care many times, but whenever i call they say i will get the item within 2 days max,
Anyway, in the last week i contacted customer care 2- 3 times for cancelling my order and refund my payment, but when i contacting them they say they will cancel the order and send me confirmation mail for cancellation. but still now i didnt got any mail regarding that.
So i again request to please cancel the below mentioned order for Mini sewing machine with order id : #[protected] today itself and refund the full amount back to my account.
If i didnt get a response today i will file legal case against your company. Pls do the needful.
