I have booked Bosch Toolkit from Aasaan Retail Private Limited through ICICI Bank credit card 6 installment scheme. My credit card No. is [protected] and my phone No. is [protected]. A sum of Rs.3900 was debited from my card on 19.11.2014 and paid to you. So far I have not received the parcel. Kindly look into this and arrange for early delivery of the product. It appears that Aasan Retail Private Ltd/Royal Images can do business in such an unethical manner that despite full payment there is no confirmation date for delivery after 25 day
Till date I am unaware when I will receive the product. Many times I had called and spoke to Ms jyothi, Mr Ahmad and Mr Rajen on different dates and had received ambiguous reply.
Till date there is no concrete information about the delivery of the product.
