Aasaan Retail Private Limited — Non receipt of booked item through EMI Bazar.com by HDFC card on EMI basis

My Order #[protected]placed on July 17, 2015 4:52:58 PM IST) and confirmed by the seller Aasaan Retail Private Limited, Chennai. I have not received any communication from the seller & not received the booked item till now.But my EMI amount is debited in my credit card account.
