Abhyudaya Bank — rude behavior and complex procedures for deceased spouse

Hello sir/madam

My mother suman pagare is a savings account holder with abhyudaya bank. And father (Ashok pagare) and mother both also have fixed deposit accounts in abhudaya bank. Suman pagare is a nominee for the fd of ashok pagare.
My father passed away in month of december 16 and mother is giving multiple rounds to the bank to transfer my father's fd to her savings account.

We filled in deceased form as suggested by bank along with death certificate. Bank manager insisted to have witnesses from abhyudaya bank. We dont really know any one in relatives of friends holding accounts at abhyudaya bank. Hence after multiple requests bank maanger allowed us to add non abhuyudaya wintess.

I have added 2 witnesses from hdfc bank mentioning all account details. My senior citizen mother is again sent back saying they need some note from hdfc bank. There is no such ask in the form and neither manager explained my mom what they exactly want now,

My mother has severe health problem and there is almost no cooperation from the bank staff on what they really looking for.

For all other banks where my father had account, mother got things done with ease and hospitality.

It is really inhuman to treat senior citizen who has already faced huge loss in her life and doing repeated rounds of the bank for the deceased husband's money in-spite of being nominee of the account.
