Hi Team,

I have booked a consignment for Bangalore on 20th Mar21. As promised by booking point it should be delivered on 23Mar21, but still not delivered or any update on it.

And also while booking consignment the counter person as forced to pay 300/- extra charge. Even after calling their is no proper response.

Additional their is no clear info my consignment.

Need action on this...

Airway Bill No : 58645 Complaint

I have already raised my complaint via phone but I haven't received any calls so hence want to raise my complaint via email. My bike Yezdi was transported from Thiruvalla to Trivandrum which was booked on 25th and I got a call from Trivandrum office stating the bike arrived at its destination on Monday morning. This complaint is regarding cargo service from Bombay ( Vasai) to Mysore (Nakoda Buttons). Also other details is attached herewith [5 receipts(bill)]. And this email was sent to your team on july 26 2020, I have not received any response.

Charging high for parcel

I have shipped my product from bangalore to marthandam 6 master cotton box
They charged 600 rs per cotton box normally it will cost only 200 rupees they increased more than 100 percent per box...

Sir, we from echochem have seend 22 boxes to cochin from manglore with lr number 949618 on 13/01/21 the consinment was lying in manglore wherehouse till 18/01/21. On 18th it has been send to banglore where house. The consiment is still lying in banglore. And not yet reached cochin it is already 10 days know i send the consinment. This is not a coustomer frendly behaviour from reputed logistic company.

I have booked new Luminous Battery + inverter from bangalore to vedaranyam ABT office (LR. No:879947) on 28/11/2020 (Rs. 1550). I have picked the parcel yesterday (04/12/2020). But the battery parcel is received in open condition and it got demaged also.they have charged 100 rupees as unloading charges.

Vehicle received in damage condition

Dear sir,

I booked my two wheeler from Musiri to Medavakkam chennai by ABT parcel service on 13th Nov 20. I received my vehicle on 18th Nov 20 with damage condition. One of the 2 item is damaged an item is was dropped off at changananacherry in it the damage item was returned so far no one wad able to send in the perfect solution which is not strange. Late delivery

I dropped my luggage on the the 22ne of October expecting a delivery in atleast a week. I had asked them prior to booking coz i needed the books by the time i got home. I called them up a week after and they said that the shipment is still lying in the office. And extremely unprofessional. Coimbatore head office does not respond to anything. They say they'll call you back but they don't. They block your number. They stop answer your calls...

Delay in getting parcel

I have sent documents in three cartons vide AWB No. 949491 from Mangalore to Palakad on 22nd October.. Regret to inform you that the consignment in question has not reached Palakkad yet (till evening of 30th October).
Please look into and revert urgently and ensure that the same is delivered by 31st October.

On feb 29th 2020, bike was given for transportation to udupi from mumbai througb avira parcel services and cash paid 4000 to Mr. Kaushika, still bike is not sent and also if we call and ask kaushik is speaking very vulgr language. While taking bike he had informed that in four days bike will be reached to given location. Its 8 months still not received.

Bike damaged when parcelled

I parcelled my bike from Pondicherry office to Kattappana (Kerala - Allappey Parcel Service) on 29/09/2020. The bike arrived on 7/10/2020 but it was seriously damaged. I need an explanation for this from the company's side. This was poor service experience overall....
