[Resolved] Accelyst Solutions Pvt Ltd — Not allowing to login for transfer of wallet balance into bank account | |||||
Dear sir, I loaded the amount into wallet of freecharge.com of my account, as per terms & conditions of locking period is 7 days buy after 7 days completions, the user can transfer the amount from wallet to bank account whereas freecharge.com has locked my account to access. i have several time reminded by email addressed to [protected]@freecharge.com, but they are not resolving simply stating send the screenshot of problem occurred & after sending the screenshot they are becoming silent for resolution.
