This company has blocked my account and 17000 from my account is taken away stating system has found some discrepancies in my gaming pattern. They have not provided any detailed explanation and when called support they are not providing any further information. I am playing rummy since 8 years in sites like Junglee, Adda52, circle and this is the first time I am facing this issue.
I have not committed any wrong thing here and the company has blocked the entire amount. How are they being authorized to block my deposit amount without specific reason being given and no fault from my end.
This it the first step I am doing here and wouldn't think to spend more amount to proceed legally if this is not resolved. This is absolutely looting money and giving some reason. Take immediate action to resolve this and consider this as on demand notice as I am not ready to let my hard earned amount which I have deposited. Was this information helpful? |
