Money getting disappeared from the wallet..CC team is v incompetent and v casual about such a serious thing...almost Rs.300 is disappeared from the wallet since 5th may...there team just ask me to wait without providing any solution.my wallet is in negative Ballance which had never happen in any wallet of online platforms.
Hope I get solution from this platform atleast. I am been with Ace2three for past 9 years and given them a lkh of revenue still been not valued as a customer.

Referring to your report, we understand that your concern is regards your struck and negative balance in your A23 account.
As per the call conversation which you had with the customer support on Date 13-May-2023, we have already escalated the concern to our concerned team.
