ACT, I have been your customer for a long time. Recently, I shifted place and I am looking forward to continuing with you, PROVIDED u agree to give me a connection at my new residence. It's absolutely pathetic and frustrating that you deny giving me your connection when I do see your advertisements in my area. I do not accept the resolution offered. Your connection is at a distance of less than 100 - 150 meters and yet you refuse to provide me connection on the garb of feasibility. I need you to resolve my issue. I am your returning customer, you cannot treat me like this. All I am asking is a damn 20 Mbps connection, is it that freaking troublesome for you to provide me one when a customer is so desperate and doesn't want to move to another vendor???
