ACT Broadband — Limited Internet access

ACT Broadband — New connection
My complaint no is - [protected] So far none of your technician has contacted us. Hi,
I have use the ACT broadband plan in Chennai for 1.5 yrs.
After that I got transferred to Delhi and my balance due amount what reflecting Rs1178.82 rs for some time. And after some time Its reflecting Zero. But I'm unable to contact Customer care for new connections as reflecting that due amount was not paid. I made a payment but not its reflecting that its credited amount of 1178.82rs in my close account. I asked CC to refund my balance amount to my bank but they denied. Please help.

Last year in July, 2019 i was relocating to a different location in Bangalore. I raised relocation request for ACT broadband connection to my new place. Unfortunately they did not had connection set up at the new location, so they denied. Later i raised request to close my existing connection and do the settlement and this was done 1 month before my planned move.
I called so many times to customer care and asked them to send me the final bill and close the connection. But i never got any response. Finally i had to leave without closing the connection.
Now after 6 months i am getting call from customer care to pay the bill, since they have closed the connection due to non-payment. I am ready to do the payment for what i used but they are giving me bill for the entire 1 month.
Why should i pay for what i did not used. It was company mistake to not response to customers issues on time.
I moved the location on 7th July, 2019. I should be getting only for 7 days usage, not for entire July month.
I should also not get penalty fee, since it was not my mistake.
Please rectify the bill and send me for payment.

Same here because of corona I went to my native so zero usage but bill came and asked me to pay full amount...
2 months back when there was problem in their connection and I tried calling customer care numbers for almost 2 weeks..numbers was said invalid...after 2 weeks I got connected and issue resolved which took another 1 week
.so whole 3 weeks I didn't had internet because of their issue and still they charged full amount
