[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Internet not working for acct[protected] | |||||
My act fibernet account number from hyderabad is[protected] Internet is not working since last 2 days and am not able to contact the customer care. Its always busy. I would have called more than 100 times on[protected] but it always says busy starting from 7:30 am till 11:00 pm. Dropped a message to 56677 but there is no response there as well. Also submitted the complain from their webpage but still no update. Its such a pathetic service and this is not the first time its happening. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Worst Service. Same here as well.
Technical issues will be there, but at least let Customer care/some one should call and inform the remediation time. Perhaps, when I call there is no response. It's pathetic. I go with Airtel service now.
