I have been facing an issue regarding the amount of my bill. I have been charged huge amount on my bill every month even when we not using AC nor Microwave nor washing machine. Last month that is June 2023 we did not use Fridge as well yet I am getting an amount of 5000/- to 6000/- and more. How is this possible please explain. You charge so much amount just for light and fan ? I have logged complain previously...

I had paid bill of Rs.641.8 on 14th July and Order ID is TXN[protected]TFETNTLTY

This payment was done to Adani electricity, but it was not credited to the account. It's still showing due.
Also, in flipkart pay later account is showing due pending payment.

Kindly do the needful and help in refunding the amount in the pay later account....

I'm Vilas D Chavan my consumer no is[protected] staying at room no 53 indira nagar Golibar road, near shiv mandir, santacruz east mumbai 400055. My electricity bill is increased from last 3 months . Somebody ia stealing my electricity. I have been observed that electricity bill increasing drastically while my usage is very less. Request you to look into the matter and take very strong action.

i had regular bill up to 800 for single month for all previous year, you can check through your database, now in previously month got bill 2500, 3 time more than regular bill, as no one at home to use that much electricity units. their might be leakage or unnecessary bill hike.

kindly look ino it as its nothing but just troubling the consumer....

My electricity got cut off yesterday around 3pm. And after knowing immediately made the payment as i was not aware and my mother who is a senior citizen stays at the house all alone. This time we have received units consumption even though the house was vacant and mains switched off.
Before coming to any conclusion, I requested Adani Helpdesk to look into this.
They said show me vacant premise certificate. I don't know what it means. Also for last several days to better understand the issue if there's any external theft of electricity I have been requesting them to share a photo of the meter...
