It's about sector-9 Faridabad CNG pump. i went to get my tank filled and suddenly you inappropriate tank filler starts abusing and misbehaving. If this is the behaviour I'm expecting from your group then I'm sorry to say you will be much behind then any other oil and Gas cooperations.

Appearance and location:
Young(20-25) with light muchtach and last second row of the pump...I request you to immediately take action against...

This is regarding the delay in Installation of new PNG connection.
I applied for a new PNG connection on 06-Nov-2021. Now it has been more than 3 months since we did our advance payment online and shared the required documents on My Adani Gas App.
but there is no visit or response was made by Adani officials.

I have called customer care many times and they told me that the engineer/technician would come, but no...

i am using Adani Gas with customer ID [protected]. They send me the bill including that period for which i have already paid. I also mailed him but they did not understand my problem and send me the same bill. Here i attached a photo of all bill details having reading from August to till Date.

My customer number [protected]. I am getting my billing amount is very high from last 6 months. ( From November2020 to April 2021 amount was Rs. 2246 and From May'2021 to Nov. 2021 amount is Rs. 7846).

Again I received my current bill of Rs. 2127/- Please look into the mater....

My Adani gas pipeline connection stopped suddenly one day so I filled a complaint. Man came to check it and informed there's just minor air suction problem and left. Then next day all residents in my apartment had the same connection problem so they filled complaint. Men came and fixed it in common line but still my connection wasn't resolved. Then in few days meter reading guy came and informed that gas was licking so he removed the line...

This is regarding the delay in Installation Service.
I have filled the form for Gas connection and paid the charges- on[protected]

The executive told me due to COVID lockdown, the installation will be done after the lockdown is lifted.
Since then nobody came or called regarding the same.

I reached executive again and again, he assured me to get it done as soon as possible, but failed to fulfill...

My customer ID is [protected] and I had registered the complaint of removal and refixing of the Adani Gas Pipe in my residence on 03.02.2022 and till date and time i.e. 12.02.2022 @ 2:35 pm is not attended. In 21st century someone have to wait 90 days for cooking …which is not acceptable from ADANI GAS like...

I have applied for adani gas connection
And Moday they done pipe line fitting.but they don't follow any safety measures and not taking any suggestions from consumer end.
Pipe line goes to main MCB panels....

I have applied for new PNG connection on 26-Dec-2021. More than a month has passed and still there is no progress. I have contacted the local Adani office at Springfield colony in Faridabad and the customer care. As per both sources, till the cheque which I submitted along with application form is not cleared adani gas head office, the installation process will not start . Gas grid is available in my neighborhood. I am shifting on 3rd February...

I registered complaint regarding pipeline installation. From your side give me date 28/01/2022 and told me, your problem definitely resolve before that date. Are you serious you taken more than month but you can't resolved and do you think your services better than government services??
If I not pay you more than one month after due date what will you do??
I know you will give us fine or some extra charge so how I can you fine...

Sir I was already having the Adani gas connection by the name of asha kedia ( Faridabad), but in 2020 I had removed the Adani gas connection due to reconstruction of my residence, now I had applied for the connection again in October 2021 but the Adani gas staff is creating problems in giving the connection from the same point I have also showed them the old connection point but the staff is not cooperative at all they are very rude, kindly...

I reside at C-101, Swarnim Hexa, B/h Sola Bhagvat, Sola-Gota. I have paid Rs. 5112/- (Rupees Five Thousand One Hundred Twelve Only) on 18.10.2020 vide cheque no # 0099001, drawn on ICICI Bank, Naranpura Branch.
It has been more than one complete year as on date and I have not got your connection. I have sent several mails to Customercare.[protected]@adani.com on 20/12/2021, 30/12/2021 and 21/01/2022.

I have raised a New connection request in the month of November and on 27th Dec my Cheque amount 5618 got debited from my account and got a customer ID [protected]. Since then till date, no one has turned up and visited the site. When I approached the local office they were having no information and now today to my surprise they are saying that it takes 3 months from the date of cheque clearance. Is this not a breach of trust...
