Hello Guys, Aforeserve is Fraud Company, Don't Buy HP Products, Aforeserve will shut down HP company soon by providing poor quality services .
I have HP Pavillion Laptop with 3 year warranty .
First thing is Keyboard has been approved for replacement when Support agent visited On site When Support agent replaced keyboard then he checked one key is not there which product has been ordered, and Support agent told me he will visit after few days to replace parts .as Aforeserve told about ODD " damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, or other external causes . ODD Product have only dust Spots, that's not liquid or any damaged, that's as it is as it was .
Both parts are replaceable and you need to replace all parts till my warranty expire .Part hasn't damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, You need to replace Both parts . As One Part KYB has been approved for replacement and one product OOD you guys saying can not replaced cause of Spots of Dusts .
They are making excuse to do not replace parts, I have paid to extend warranty 8500 INR . Now I need to pay for part replacement that's very bad .
Parts are in good condition, No Liquid or damaged, Its perfectly fine .They just want to make money .
Both parts was replaceable but they want make money by purchasing their paid services, they want excuses, Product under warrenty they excuse your part have liquid spots, One they said only OOD have Spots and Keyword is approved after few time they say both have Spots .
You guys know Keyboard replacement cost mostly 500 - 1200 for laptop they send Quotation 8263.54 INR ?
Aforeserve providing Poor Suooprt for HP, Until Support contact Hold Aforeserve, Don't buy anyone HP Products .
Very Bad Experience with HP and Aforeserve, This is not first time, I am facing similar situation from past 2 years .
Dell Laptop services and Support is Best .
