[Resolved]  Aforeserve — Hp photosmart printer 6510

My printer neither printing nor copying & always shows a message on screen that either paper jam or insufficient paper in lower tray...As the authorised hp service centre we had submitted our device to aforeserve on 24/june 2015...& asked repeatedly about its status...Till 30th june--after 7days of product submission ...----answer from aforeserve is ---its under diagnostic test ...What are they looking into for last 7 days...?
lg does services in 2-3 days...Same is with samsung & others too...Is it worth & reliable to b at these hp service centres...Or they are just joking out o[censored]s?
