Aforeserve — Laptop repair

I am writing to you with respect to one of your service providers at Bareilly, U.P. I was facing battery and charging issues with my laptop for sometime and I straight went to our service centre at Bareilly and handed the laptop to them under Receipt no:63698. One of the mechanic/engineer there told me that I would get a call regarding the fault when they determine the same and the approximate cost that will rectify the same. I got the call and was told the the fault has been assessed and it would take 1400INR to rectify. Also, they would come to my place to hand over the laptop to me. They came in the evening with the laptop and demanded 1400INR without any bill to me. I asked the guy about the bill and said he didn't bring any with him. I however gave him the money and took the laptop from him, he left. I checked the laptop and the fault was not corrected and I called the guy and he said he did check and it was working (which was and utter lie or he hadn't checked it). He however said that he would collect the laptop again from me in the next morning and again check it. So he took the laptop in the morning and after 8 days of me calling him and he saying that its still in diagnostics, he gave the laptop to me after almost 11 days and with assurance that it was working now, but it wasn't. He demanded 1250 INR (on zero battery charge) without the bill again, I gave him half the amount telling him to get the proper bill tomorrow. I again went to the service centre and talked to the person incharge there and the person promised me to rectify it within 2 days or refund me entire sum. They kept the laptop for four days (Instead of two days) and gave it to me and not to my surprise it wasn't working again. Having waasted 14 days of my time they haven't corrected the fault and are supposed to refund entire amount i paid to them the guy isn't answering his phone since 4 days.
