Afton — Poor service by afton

I m col neelam in sep/Oct 2016 when I was posted at Bhopal I bought I bought Afton XO 500 Trademill from DB city mall showroom of afton with two years warranty.I moved to shillong on postin May my Trademill stopped working so I complained to Bhopal afton showroom at DB city. I was told by mr Deepak to contact some Mr sharma based at Guwahati I spoke to him he kept on promising I’ll send the service engineer but no one turned up .In this while my machine which was on warranty pd expired it’s warranty time.Still no one turned up then in dec 2018 one engineer came n said there is problem with the motor if there is warranty send it to place from u bought.I spoke to DB city showroom in arge Mr Tapan n I was told that I have to send the motor to them on my expense I got the motor removed n send to Bhopal with some army people from shillong.They checked n said there is no problem with motor May be some problem with PCB this whole exercise took almost more than a year.In the year 2019 PCB was send to DB city afton showroom by courier till March 2020 I did not get any confirmation after that when I called they said due to covid they did not do anything. After covid I contacted Mr Tapan I have been given false promise Mam it is in Chennai centre I kept on calling then I was finally told that PCB is not working n we have ordered new one pl fwd add but till today I have not received the PCB without which Trademill cannot start my machine is now lying offrd for almost 4 yrs now.No action has been taken by afton.Tell me how to resolve this issue my mail Id Is [protected]@gmail.com
