Agarwal Cargo Packers — Fraud company and damage the shipment

I am pankaj kaushal. I hv shifted from mumbai to gurgaon in the month of March 20. I booked my luggage and car Ford Figo MH02BY 6851 from mumbai to gurgaon on 16 mar 20 via your cargo i.e. AGARWAL CARGO PACKERS Flat no SS 2/G-2, Bldg No 1/2, in Shivsmariti Coop Complex, Dadlani road, Balkum, Thane west so that it could reach safely. But sorry to say that first of all it reached me so late i.e. on 23 may 20 and secondly when I checked it, I found it was damaged from the bottom. As this was not visible from outside that time, but the moment I stopped my car I found heavy leakage of engine oil from the bottom. When I inspected the vehicle, the engine oil housing had a big crack and the gearbox mounting was completely broken. Immediately I reported the matter to Mr sanjay agarwal of mumbai branch mob no. [protected], [protected] and also send him the photographs of the same. He assured me for necessary action and will enquire the matter. I immediately went to the repair shop for the interim repair. For my shocking, the cost was too high at Ford service center, around 35k. I went to go mechanic shop and they told me that they can repair the broken items. I somehow, bear all the expenses and total cost comes to 12k. Copy of bills were already send to Mr sanjay. After repeatedly communication with him for all these months he keeps false promises to compensate the amount. That not only affected my mental health but also hit me financially. Now, after so many months he is in denial mode that any thing ever happened. He doesn't accept that they are at fault.
Therefore, now I want the matter to be investigated and compensation for my mental and financial loss to be made on priority. If my complaint will not be addressed here then I assure that I'll be bound to take legal action and take this matter to consumer forum as well.
