I had shifted my household items through aggarwal cargo packers and movers apm group. They promised to deliver within one week but they delivered after one month that also after so many phone calls. Most of my things were damaged and some items were missing. They transported my things through gati group. As per your agent Vikram Rathore, we gave and order of house hold shifting from Bangalore to Mumbai with Rs. 500/- in advance on 31 July 2012 at 10:00am.
However, I also informed and remind Mr. Vikram the same on Sunday 29 July 2012 and he confirmed the same but never received call from him on 31 July 2012.
