Dear Sir,
As per your agent Vikram Rathore, we gave and order of house hold shifting from Bangalore to Mumbai with Rs. 500/- in advance on 31 July 2012 at 10:00am.
However, I also informed and remind Mr. Vikram the same on Sunday 29 July 2012 and he confirmed the same but never received call from him on 31 July 2012.
After waiting, when I called him at 10:00am on 31 July 2012, I found that I totally forgot about my consignment and gave me different excuses.
He promised my different different timing to reach with worker and lorry but never reached to my house, hence at finally, I missed my train to Mumbai because my house hold shifting was not done. The driver and workers were finally turned up at 2:10pm, when I have to leave for station to catch the train. Whenever I tried to call Vikram, he gave me excuses and finally started bad words over the phone.
This is very very lower class service, not even third class, due to this bad class service, I faced harassment and mental pressure. I have to cancelled my train at the last moment and have financial lost of cancellation of train ticket and now I have to arrange in emergency for shifting with other company and also arrange flight ticker to me and my family.
I am going to complaint to consumer court against your company and also publish this incidence on twitter, Facebook and other social website so other people aware of your company and never trap in your company false promises.
Mr. Vikram Rathore refused to give me Rs. 500/-, advance token, by saying that he never took such kind of money.
Please look into this matter and refund my advance token money as well as the financial, mental and physical loss.
