Agarwal Packers & Movers — Payment

Please note that i am writing this email in reference to the movement of goods that happened with agarwal packers and movers on the 6th of august, I am sending a quotation for the same, while the packing was done and i was trying to pay this through the credit card there were multiple errors that i was getting, and had given a check for payment, however there seems to be a credit card payment that has happened as well as check for the same amount has been deducted as well. I am attaching the statement of the credit card (Citibank) as well as the check that was deposited and cleared for the same amount for HDFC bank and the original quotation. please organised to revert an extra amount of Rs 73613 at the earliest to my account please let me know the mode of payment that will be done. Following were the dates of both the debits 10th August - HDFC - 73613 06TH AUGUST CITIBANK - 73146 I need refund of this amount at the earliest. Regards
