[Resolved]  Agoda — Didnt get my booking id or comfirmation id. But amount deducted from my account by agoda onfeb 7 2022, rooms for feb8- feb 9 2022

On feb 7 2022, i booked rooms for feb8- feb 9 2022 in OCEAN SPRAY HOTEL ( (Bonjour Bonheur Ocean Spray ) puducherry through Agoda app . But i didnt get my booking id or any confirmation yet.
I contacted agoda customer service, they were saying, agoda has not recieved any money but i contacted my bank - bank officer providing me transaction id and showing its recieved to AGODA app . So you have to get your money from that agoda app.

Now i didnt get my money or my booked room.
Its my first anniversary - i planned for this for past 4months. Already i have paid 15, 315₹ and booked mistakenly in wrong date- for that i applied cancellation, for cancellation they said it will take 30days. Already i lost that 15, 315₹, but since this is my special occasion for me i have again booked room but money has been deducted from my account. But i couldnt get the room which i booked. Kindly help me to rectify this
