[Resolved]  Agoda — Issue with claiming Cashback rewards

My booking id is[protected].. My issue is I'm not able to claim cashback rewards.. I have contacted agoda customer service by chat, tried to call them on their indian number but couldn't get connected, then sent an email regarding this issue.. But still didn't get satisfying answer.. Agoda service is really irritating.. This app always show irrelevant error like service not available try after 24hrs Or connect to internet when I'm already connected to the high speed internet connection... And day by day agoda is reducing the amount of cashback rewards.. My cashback reward is $8.46, in Indian rupees it is ₹699 now it's showing ₹696.. How rubbish..
