[Resolved] Agoda — Payment debited but booking not confirmed

7290.04/- INR debited from my HDFC acc while trying to book a hotel on Agoda's website. The booking didn't confirm and did I receive any mail or information on why the booking didn't confirm and when I can expect my money to be refunded.

I did booking through Agoda mobile application on 4th March, Amount Rs 2869.93 debited from my account but did not receive any booking id or confirmation. Resolve this immediately.
