[Resolved] Air Asia — Delay in refunding the amount suspecting to be [FRAUD]

I have booked my ticket couple of months before the departure date but AirAsia reshuled the flight 13 hours late, 4 days before the departure date and by seeing it I cancelled the ticket.
I cancelled my ticket on 11/Nov/2014 and till date they say "our back end team is delaying in reinbersing the amount and it will be debited to your account by 2 days, this week or next week".
I followed up with them multiple times and there is no fair response from Customer care. I need to book a consumer frandent complaint, can someone help how can to do it?

I follow up with multiple times and they reimbursed my ticket money after 6 months.
