Air Asia — Due to Pandemic COVID-19 PNRs J7S7WX & K72CFK AirAsia Flights Cancelled Amount has not yet been received in Original Payment Mode

Sir/Madam,
In reference to the above, I would like to apprise you that, flights PNRs. “J7S7WX & K72CFK”, which had already been cancelled due to pandemic COVID-19 but the cancelled flights booking amount has not yet been received / refunded in the original payment mode (into deductible Bank Account). In this regard I contact with the Air Asia through email several times (more than 1000 times), but till date any fruitful response has not yet been received. When I emailed to the Air Asia Company regarding this issue, then only one By-default system generated email has been received in each time.
The matter is that, On 10th & 11th February 2020, I had booked 7 Flights with PNRs. “W5154Q, SVZRTV, V4C74D, J7S7WX, K72CFK, VUBL4F, A8R9MR” which were the round way tickets for the journey dated on 28th June 2020, 8th July 2020 & 10th July 2020, from "Kolkata (CCU) India to Bali (DPS) Indonesia via Kuala Lumpur (KUL) Malaysia" and its cost approx. 1, 03, 088.00 INR (One Lakh Three Thousand Eighty Eight Only).
But, due to pandemic COVID-19 all flights were stopped by the Governments and also my tour plan had been cancelled. Therefore my booking was cancelled and the AirAsia was forcefully giving all these flights booking amount to alternative Credit Cell of my Air Asia Big Member Account ([protected]) instead of my Bank A/C, which valid up-to May.2022 (730 days) as mentioned by Air Asia via email (enclosed). But, as per Hon’ble Supreme Court of India order vide no.4/1/2020-IR, dated:[protected], it is clearly said that, if the flight was booked for the journey during COVID-19, full refund shall be given to the customer by the airlines immediately.
As such I contact with Air Asia company through email several times for getting a complete refund to my Bank Ac. in respect of the above said 7 flights and the company had given refund to my Bank Account (Original Payment Mode) for only 5 Flights PNRs: “W5154Q, SVZRTV, V4C74D, VUBL4F, A8R9MR” except 2 PNRs: J7S7WX, K72CFK (tickets are enclosed) which were round way Flight journey from Bali (DPS) Indonesia to Kuala Lumpur (KUL) Malaysia.
And till date I had not gotten any complete refund in respect of the above said two cancelled flights. This is really the worst thing which I have been facing for a long time. But, where all the other airlines are providing their best support, AirAsia Company has given the most unpleasant services. Which makes me impatient and annoyed me very badly. Whereas the cancelled flights booking amount has been lying for more than two years and from where I will never get any extra interest and also in this increasing pandemic COVID-19 situation, I have not any plan for traveling further. “And, why am I suffering from the internal issue of AirAsia for a long time and it’s already more than two years and I don't know why am I hackled by the AirAsia Company in day by day?”
As such, it is my humble request to you to kindly evaluate this issue as sympathetically and hope you help me to get the complete refund immediately for the above said cancelled flights to my Bank Account (which details had been sent earlier) and relief me from this bitter and hazardous condition in my daily life.
