I've booked a flight from Kochi to Bangalore on 24th Feb. They've cancelled it just 4 days before the travel saying operational reasons. I couldn't book any other flight as most of them are already booked completely and some of them has very high price. when tried calling customer care, they kept me on waiting for nearly 30 mins and eventually the call was dropped without answering. and they charged Rs.1.50 per min.
I'm sure they've cancelled due to low occupancy. But being an international company can't they forecast and do the proper arrangements/plans. This is a completely irresponsible move and I would not prefer booking on Airasia again and needless to say that I would make my friends aware of such irresponsible airlines.
