Hi,
I have raised several cases with airasia regarding wrongful deduction of money from my paytm wallet for which their was no booking made on the site. I had raised a case immediately on that failed day of booking which was 4 months ago. Today as i had called their customer care number for the 10th time, they mentioned they have already credited my money in my "bank account". I have no idea how they did that since i had done the booking through paytm and money was deducted from my paytm. Below are the details of the booking and the cases i have raised through ava.
Booking details:
Journey: hyd to ccu
Date of booking : 16/04/2020
Money deducted with no booking or pnr generated : ₹5898
Case numbers with ava: 53075037, 55337989, 53074601
I hope i will get some useful help now since this amount is not small to me and i need money in this desperate times and which is wrongfully deducted by this airline.
