Air Asia — Refund is not processed for my PNR I3Q4YG

Hello ma'am/sir,

I received a message from AirAsia on 28 Jan 2021, refund of Ticket amount for PNR I3Q4YG, which the flight got cancelled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. But the amount has not been refunded till now.

I have raised multiple complaints with AirAsia, shared all the required details several times but no resolution. They are just closing the complaint without any resolution and starting everything from the beginning every time. After trying so much, I got a text message that "The refund of INR 5094 has been initiated today (11/03/2021) for your PNR I3Q4YG" but still I haven't received the refund.
