I have cancelled this ticket on[protected] and my PNR no is ( HRRENU ).
Due to some bad financial situation, I cancelled this ticket. But the amount was not yet credited to my account and the Bank they are charging me.
I contact the customer service and they replied me that we they forwarded your issue to our finance department.
More than 12 times I got the same reply which was not helpful to me.
I don't know how long I have to wait.
