Air India Express — Cancellation amount wasn't returned to account

Dear sirs,

I would like convey my opinion about air india express as very poor customer support. 6 months has been passed after the below specified cancellation and I yet to receive the money from Air india express. We were living in the world where we keep accountability for each penny we spend and receive. However, they were constantly tracking the pending when you receive my repeated reminders and yet to find it. Please see the below reminders to air india express. Kindly advice the way forward and government/ legal bodies where I can address this further.
