I booked my flight ticket from airindia express from madras to sharjha pnr -BPRUDB arockia mary anthonysamy and venkateswararao gadde pnr- 20Q13N on 17 .7.23.i called call center somany times no reply.then I approached airindia office from 27 th March 2023.i visited 3 times and called jorbarg office ph no 2 times.airindia official said there are airindia website upgradation and made me to wait till 10 .4.23.today 10th April airindia official are saying we can't arrange any other alternative flight and get your refund.now flights tickets rate are too high.why I should bear extra fare though faults are not mine.kindly arrange some other flight from madras to sharjha or dubai or abudhabi on 17 th july 23.
