Dear Complaint Handler,
I have previously lodged a complaint to my booking agent Kiwi.com on 2nd January 2023 in which I asked them to take this matter up with Air India Express but to no avail.
This flight suffered long delays and due to which I missed my onward flight connections and as result of this I have suffered substantial financial loss.
Additionally, I also missed this delayed flight because I was twice refused entry to the terminal building by security staff because the airline failed in duty of care to provide clear instructions and passenger assistance.
I therefore had to book new flights for complete journey from Amritsar to London and as well as I had to stay overnight there.
I have suffered financial damages in the region of 1500 British Pounds.
I therefore need to recover my damages so please advise me the next steps.
