I recently booked a 1:00 AM Air India flight to Dubai for today, but when I arrived at the airport, I was informed that my flight had been rescheduled to 5 PM and that I had not received any communication about the change.
I am extremely disappointed as this has caused me financial losses and inconvenience. I would like you to either compensate for my losses or offer me a free ticket on another flight of my choice.
