Air India Express — Not giving Covid time cancellation refund since 10 months | ||
I cancelled my ticket PNR: HQMINJ for the travel date 04-Apr-20 on 31-Mar-20 as all flights were stopped due to Covid 19 by 22-Mar-20. AirIndia Expressed usual cancellation charges and also have not refunded the booking amount INR 30, 982.38 till today 14-Jan-21. I had send 8 reminder mails so far to customer support and twice to appellate mail id but I always got a reply that high email volume is faced by customer support only. Please arrange to refund my full booking urgently as I didn't travel due to pandemic and it is going to be an year of booking date which was in Jan.2020. Was this information helpful? | ||
