I need to file a complaint against Airindia Express.
I've booked an international return flight ticket from Sharjah to Mumbai. Due to unavoidable circumstances and lockdown restrictions i had to cancel the tickets on May-09.
I've approached to air india express and cancelled my bookings. In turn Air india express has promised me that they will be providing me a refund of 5, 545/- Rs. And they have provided me a document which is attached to this email for your reference.
Meanwhile, i had wrote an email to Nodal Officer on to which he replied that refund has been processed from their end. But when i spoke to their customer support still they are saying that, funds aren't yet released from airline side.
Nodal officer response email is also attached for your kind perusal.
If the funds ain't yet released from airline side then why they're misleading me.
I've been following up from one and a half months now but still its not yet resolved.
Please do the needful and look into the matter on immediate basis.
All necessary documents are attached.
