I had booked a ticket from Calicut to Doha on 27th April 2021. But since I was tested positive for Covid 19 on 26 April 2021 I was not able to travel on 27th and I had requested for the cancellation of ticket on 26th April itself.
During the time of Booking the ticket, Airindia Express Website server was down so I had to book the ticket manually through customer care centre and because of that reason I haven’t received any PNR/Confirmation Number for the ticket. I just received the ITR TICKET COPY.When asked for the PNR/Confirmation number to the customer care agents, they informed that since the ticket was booked manually from customer care centre and website is down so the PNR won’t be issued.
Till now I haven’t received any proper response from their side even after calling the customer care n number of times and also sending them emails.
