Dear Sir, I am Mr. ISMAIL KURIENTE PURAKKAL. I purchased the Air India express ticket(Return) using my SBT debit card on 03/10/2013, from Abu Dhabi to Kozhikode and Kozhikode to Abu Dbahi. The travelling date was 18/10/2013 and 03/11/2013. Unfortunately, I couldn't use my return ticket From Kozhikode to Abu Dhabi. The Confirmation Number was DYWAKQ. The Flight Number was IX - 3633. Departure Sun-03/11/2013 19:45 and Arrival Sun - 03/11/2013 22:20. Actually, I cancelled my air Ticket before 24 hours. But I didn't get any Refundable money or any information from your side yet.
