Air India Express — Refunds processing exceeds 4 months and still indefinite

I booked a ticket under reference 4PWB8N from Tiruchirapalli to Dubai for travel date September 21, 2013. Booking was done on August 03, 2013. However on September 15, 2013 I sent a request for cancellation of the same. Following mail was received. Its been 4 months now and there is no sight of the credit. Incase credit has been made I should be advised of the date for me to check with my bank. I have sent several reminder to customer service who have always a standard reply. Your query has been sent to our Finance department. Will advise you shortly. All the reminders are now placed in thrash by Finance department/Customer Service.
