Dear Sir,
I had requested the air India express team to cancel my ticket after getting confirmation from the customer support team that, am able to avail the full refund on the ticket as the Air India Express rescheduled the flight for more than 3 hours.
But unfortunately I didn’t receive any updates on the refund after that.
It’s now almost 2 months now.
I am keep on sending mails to the customer support team.
