Most of the times we are unable to book the tickets online. The following is the message:
"Your transaction was declined by Cyberspace. Please contact call centre to complete your booking."
We are forced to book through Makemytrip immediately after that.
There is no call centre details on the net and the telephone numbers provided does not help.
Is there any specific reason why we are put to such inconvenience?
If Airindia Express wants to sent the tickets only through the agents then they should not put up a booking option on their website.
Hope I have expressed myself very clearly. I would like to know the intentions of the Airline.
