Air Pegasus — No refund since 20 day

Had booked 10 seats from chennai to ixm theconfirmation number: rc6q0by cancelled the flight last moment through air peagusus we have got the intimation at the last moment o we had to make the alternate arrangement

After cancellation of flight air peagus ha failed to pay the refund we hav
E been calling the call centre but no one is replying the phone

So kindly look in to the matter

No refund is credited in my account yet have to pay 70000 for new tickets

Till the amount of 25000 refund is due

Please give some number on which they respond
