Air Pegasus — Non refund of cancelled ticket - m718q6

I have booked a ticket on 10.06.2016 for travelling from trivandrum to bangalore on 22.08.2016. (M718q6). The airlines were generous enough to send an e-mail 2 days before, intimating cancellation of flight. When contacted they informed that refund will be credited to the account within 7 days. Till date i have not received any credit in my account.

there are many similar complaints since one year and still ppl are booking tickets and paying money for fraudsters... y dont we all join to make one single voice to teach them a lesson
