Airasia Airlines — airasia

I already has a booking done and i had a valid flight ticket and when i was collecting the boarding pass the airasia team told me that you can't travel with this ticket. Because this has two pnr# you need a visa in malaysia. I booked the flight then it didn't pop up any error and after i called the customer care so many times still they didn't give me a valid reason.

I understand this issue happened two years back. But i wanted to file a consumer complaint and see if some one can help me on the same.in total i incurred 35-40k loss because of this issue from airasia and i was completely irritated and had to face lot of hurdles to complete my trip to bali.
