[Resolved]  Aircel Assam — Deduction in balance and Refund issues

I'm am old customer of the provider, and I like their service as Aircel network is found in many places over Assam, much more than other network providers. But I have a great issue with their methods of earning and their customer satisfaction process . Often I receive automatic messages that so and so pack is activated, thank you for your request and so.and so amount has been deducted. I rarely do so, all these requests always happens without my concern. From last november, it has become a habit. I put my mobile data on, and...Thank you for activating Tiny Tv, ...so and so and I go bankrupt. And when I call customer care, all I hear that it has been acivated by web, and they cannot refund my balance as it is there so called nonsense rule that balance cannot be refunded if the customer request for activation ofany packs. Isn't it funny, had I requested the pack, why will I ask them to stop it and refund my money? And if by chance you are lucky enough, I will be said to wait for 24hrs, then another 48hrs and you will get your balance back in only a week. Wao! So fast, isn't it? And if you are happy to get it, use the balance immediately, as it will last only for a few hours, and then...so and so INR has been charged for so and so pack. I will not name, but I am a customer of another service too, who refund immediately when asked without any question. So my question is to Aircel why you can't do so? Hope you will soon or else I am sure you will loose many valuable customer due to your customer satisfaction issues. - deba 8 July 2015
