[Resolved]  Aircel Assam — unauthorized cutdown of money

My name is Ziaur Rahman and I am using Aircel Assam my mobile no is [protected] 3rd Jun 14 I recharge Rs60/- and got full talk time After that I recharge rate cutter Rs28/- in my account but mmi canceled and I cheked balance that was ok but again within an minute I try one more time and this time is sucess full after I chaked my balance and shoked because balance is showed only Rs4/- after I contact Aircel customer care but I could not connect there after I called different aircel no and the no [protected] customer care told 2 time rate cutter done than I told ok so validity is extend that means 1 rate cutter is 14 days that means 2 rate cutter is 28 days so custermer care told no it only one rate cutter and automatically canceled I told so plz refund Rs28/- it cant be refund I told him how u accountable that money u are sailing one and taking money 2 time in the same mobile no same time same date how it possible.
now they are making black money because they giving single service taking double money suppose to un authorised money we need to punish them for frodness
