I am attaching my ticket of 4th of April Delhi to Raipur .Ticket was cancelled by Air India & got receipt as acknowledgement for refund which I am attaching as well. Till now no refund has received I called on customer care 15 times but they are just enchanting the same sentence that refund has been initiated .I conveyed all the CSE that I did not received any refund till date so they forwarded my call to escalation team I talked to Sudhanshu(Escalation Team) he said to send 6 months bank statement and then talk to me again if you will not receive refund, I did that too. No response I got on email as well as now I am not able to contact to customer care...What rubbish service & false commitments is this...Why you give fake acknowledgement receipt when you don't have intention to give refund...Initiate refund asap else I would take any other big step to get back my hard earned money.
