I traveled from Hyderabad to Birmingham on Nov 02 through Delhi, with itinerary
My baby stroller(Grey color, 4 wheels) was valet checked in at Hyd and I was supposed to collect it Birmingham. However, it did not come to Birmingham.
Airindia didn't even tell us that we need to file a PIR before leaving the airport.
After many unsuccessful attempts at trying to check it all Airindia staff, I got into action myself and found that the stroller is in Delhi Airport at Terminal T3 Lost and Found. The lost property number is T376257.
I sincerely urge someone from Airindia to please look into this and send my stroller to Birmingham airport, so that I can collect it.
Note: I am in UK from 3 weeks. Its extremely chilly and I don't have a car. I have to carry a 3 year old toddler everywhere I go. Think about the inconvenience Airindia is causing. Was this information helpful? |
